The Residential Tenancies Tribunal administers the New Brunswick Residential Tenancies Act. The Residential Tenancies Act details the rights and obligations of residential landlords and tenants as well as the process that needs to be followed in order to enforce them.

The Residential Tenancies Tribunal’s role is to provide residential landlords and tenants with accurate information as well as a fair and expedient resolution to residential tenancy conflicts through mediation and/or adjudication.
